Dear Valued ShipLilly LATAM Customer,

Due to the ongoing possible stevedoring strike affecting port operations in several ports including Port Everglades, meaning that we could experience significant congestion, delays and disruptions in our terminal operations. As a result, we will be implementing a Port Congestion Surcharge for specific export cargo impacted by these events, effective October 17, 2024, and only if applicable.

The details of the congestion surcharge are as follows:
Route: Port Everglades to Venezuela Port.
Surcharge Amount: $1,000.00 per container (20ST/40HC) / $1,300.00 per container (45HC).
Applicable Cargo: Only for cargo affected during the period of the stevedoring strike that generates any congestion, disruption or affectation to normal operations development at the terminals.
Effective Date: 10/17/2024.

This surcharge will only be applied to cargo directly affected by the stevedoring strike. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as necessary.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this challenging time.
Sincerely.
